Conditions vary depending on the villa and the season. We always inform you of the exact conditions before you book (for example: flexible, standard, or strict). Cancellation insurance covering all causes is available upon request.

How do you evaluate properties?

Each property undergoes quality checks covering safety, maintenance, legal compliance, and service standards. We prioritize professional management and qualified staff.

What is the minimum length of stay?

Most villas require a stay of 3 to 7 nights; during peak season, this may be longer. We will inform you of the exact duration for each property and each season.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak seasons (July/August, holiday periods), it is ideal to book 6 to 10 months in advance. For shoulder seasons, 1 to 3 months is generally sufficient.

Do you organize airport transfers and ground transportation?

Yes ! Luxury sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, helicopters, and yachts. We coordinate schedules with your flight arrivals.
